I like pretending to be busy even if it's already 10:57 in the morning and despite waking up at 9am I wasn't able to get a headstart and yes I will probably end up sleeping for 3 more hours after writing this. I am a bear.

The other day my friend and I were going to another friend's gig. The ticket said Shibuya so how hard can it be right? We're always there. But we ended up walking for more than one hour, literally, trying to find this club in a side of Shibuya that we've never been to before. Cue cries of:

WHAT FRIENDS CUT!?

No no no no it's not a friends cut. I just thought I'd save everybody else from my fangirling. This, obviously is a fangirl journal. I made this account just so I can comment on and view friends' posts. When I decided to finally write on it regularly, I decided I'd fangirl here. Alot of people probably don't appreciate that (and besides, most are in my Multiply list I think). And besides, I hardly get any updates from the other journals haha.

I, however, will be making a new account or probably something on Wordpress. It may or may not turn into a ~~Japan~~ Japam blog (ohoho Japam, I unearthed that term form a ym convo). I know more than half of my brain processes are probably devoted to j-doramas and fangirling and it's pretty much part of real life but yeah... I'll save everybody else the trouble of getting their inboxes cluttered by whatevs from me. But ayisse was telling me a while back how I should keep a journal outside LJ/multiply again like how I did a blogspot one where I made pretty layouts and had alot of pretty things to say HAHAHA. No, just kidding.

Also remember that weekly video thing I talked about? Or wait did I post about that here? Well I'm planning to make short movies like 1-5 minute long videos of living somewhere else. It's going to be one big Douglas Coupland novel hahaha.

I've always wondered how their member intros would look like. It doesn't seem as high energy as Arashi's or what but it's awesome as well. I've never really seen alot of NEWS fancams and I'm like all "Yay!" at Koyama trying to up the tension. Gaah Massu why so cute. LOL @ Shige's dance, uhm, really idk. And Tego's intro for Yamapi's the best! Maybe because Sho made it XD Gahaha But really how there are alot of -de's at the end of the lines sort of gives it away. As time goes by I find Tego increasingly cool and it takes a while to reconcile that kakkoi-ness with his usual image! (Just like how Nakamaru and Koyama were talking about it during TM's last SC appearance.)

I am filled with love and have too much time on my hands. And so, screencapfest ensues!!! Mostly Music Fair 21 caps. This is one medley you should not miss, at all costs. Hwa. Really awesome and heartwarming and even more awesome when you realize that it's live. (I know right, how much more awesome could it get?) Pure talent guys, pure talent.

One word: Struggle.

But the song turned out ~~well~~ awesome even if Massu was pretty worried about how Color (the group they sang with) are pros and Tego is Tego so he can naturally sing high notes. In fact, he shares this sentiment in the talk portion... About his reaction when they saw the sheet music (or whatever) for the song.

Tego of course finds this extremely funny.

He finds alot of things extremely funny. (Which I find adorable, mind you.)

And then let me go back to Yah Yah Yah and how happy Massu looks.

While Tego is concentrating and diva-ing throughout. And yeah, I just felt like taking onemillionandfortysix screencaps of them singing the Yah Yah Yah part of the Yah Yah Yah song.

My appetite has been weird lately. I now attribute it to one week of having instant pancit canton for breakfast every day. Not good. I probably have what once were freeze dried noodley goodness blocking my intestines.

So my new mission is to have a similar photo taken with every person that I like. Whether that thing looks like a heart or what hahaha. And no my smile didn't use to be that huge until I got braces. Hmm.

Ok I should probably go back to staring at my face in the mirror and analysing why my skin looks bad, like not healthy or has too much dead skin cells or something. BECAUSE I HAVE NOTHING MORE IMPORTANT TO DO THAN WASTE MY LIFE AGAIN YAY! Maybe I'll make asummm pasta for dinner. Or have cold soba because it's so easy to make.

Oh oh oh, turns out I can survive with just 1000 yen a day in Japan for food! (That does not include eating out of course.) The rest of my money can go to oden and beer and coffee and cakes. Ugh, the dorm is so expensive (but not really compared to other dorm options) tho I know I can get it cheaper if I room with somebody else in an apartment outside uni but that would mean having to commute and I kind of like being able to just roll out of bed and stumble on my way to class.

And for those who know Tropical Hut that fast food joint, their burger patties taste like japanese hamburg ones. For real.

I am not fond of bread, really. I'm not one to have a slice of toast in the morning. Or munch on bread for snacks, plain or with some jam. I've never really liked sandwich spreads either. Except for cheezwhiz and orange marmalade because those are the most awesome things in the world that make me want to eat white bread. That new Gardenia coffee loaf is pretty good too, with cheese spread especially (an accidental discovery by Deyya who tested out my sandwich because she wasn't able to have breakfast then and I had this weird coffee bread with cheese spread).

But I like sweet bread, and english muffins, and regular muffins and pastries in general, and multigrain or wheat or brown bread, and yeah you get the idea. I'm not fond of bread, I swear. No, really, I think I don't like bread much. Looking at what I just said here though it seems to be that I'm pretty fond of bread hmm. Well, ok let me clear that. I don't like white bread.

And I think I need to start buying those after coffee mints because seriously, americanos are not good for the breath.

We are planning something new. Yes we are.

Obviously, this post's title has nothing to do with whatever we're planning but I would just like to update everybody, even if I'm sure you don't care much, that THE DREADED ECONOMIC HISTORY TEST IS FINALLY OVER. Over and done with. I will never take an economics subject in my life. Ever. EVER.

After this last exam I can go full time into preparing packed lunch in the mornings, making litre after litre of iced coffee, and jogging-running-like-a-retard for however long I want. I must say though, I've never finished a textbook in my entire life. Even my love for Biology in high school wasn't enough to get me through all those thick books with stylized human cells on the cover. But now I can include "The Modern State" and "The growth of the international economy 1820-2000" in my non-existent list of finished books. (Well, I skipped a few pages here and there alright.)

Omg ayisse thank you so much for the layout! AND THERE ARE PANDAS PEOPLE, PANDAS. It's official ayisse's brain and mine are twins. AAAAACK ILOVEIIIIIIIIIT. If I continue typing this bit of the post, it will become the essence of incoherence.

The shoot where this layout's photo came from (sorry forgot the link, will put it up sometime) is like the kind of photography I think I do or at least, I'm aiming at. And I will seriously do a photobook shoot for Tegomasu or something even for free, just let me goddamn shoot them. (Actually, I want to shoot for the likes of Cut or Nylon.) So Ayisse said I should go email Mary Kitagawa or something but I'm like :O NO WAY. But hmmm I like typing out messages in bad nihongo to waste my time anyway (not to mention, poring over them to try and make them not that bad at all). I might as well write them for kicks hahaha. Who knows, maybe JE is running out of money or they just want money so much they're willing to take things for free.

The past few days have been pretty awesome and some things have gone down. I've realized that...

1) Even if I don't get my ass to Waseda this year I wouldn't mind much because I'm happy being here.

2) I spent 600 pesos in one day. Cheap outside the Philippines, too much when you actually live here. I should probably cut down on spending but I LOVE FOOD TOO MUCH.

3) I have had my dose of Beard Papa's cream puff. And then I realized that I really like those regular cream puffs you can buy in convenience stores. And that I might actually have to regulate my cream puff consumption if I end up living in Japan for a while. Or I can always have it for breakfast. Lunch..... dinner.

4) I got a tragus piercing on my left ear, was panicking last night because it started hurting a bit again when I fiddled with it (well AM, duh). But now I'm thinking of getting a nother one. Rook? Ehehe

5) Tegoshi Yuya doesn't have an adam's apple.

So yeah that's about it. I spent my morning deleting past e-mails. For some reason I really find it hard to get up in the morning nowadays. Like not even the hard-to-get-up-because-I'm-still-sleepy kind. Just plain hard to get up. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with "not having anything to wake up to." Well not really since I actually have things to wake up to.... like downloaded dorama episodes and recording for our online radioshow. Mmmmm, don't really know what's up again.

Yesterday I was telling someone: "Hmm I used to take my coffee with sugar and milk as well but for some reason I just started taking it black. I think I started drinking coffee plain just so when I place an order I can go, " I'll have mine black please."

It's probably not a good thing that I find the things I say funny sometimes. I mean what if I laugh at what I say while nobody else gets the humour.

OH WAIT, I DO THAT.

Okay I'm off to make iced coffee for breakfast and secretly cry inside my head while I fill the coffee maker with water because yes, that's what lonely people do.

My room's a mess: there are books and clothes and bags and plastic bags and Maxwell House coffee bags strewn all over the place. I feel like the only things missing from this room are tea containers, a coffeemaker, kettles, a random life-sized prop-up Yoda, and smoke for the effect.

I have been on a Youtube marathon of JE songs so far to make me happy. I don't even know if I'm sad to begin with but I guess I'm tired? Eh, dunno really.

Okonomiyaki saves empty stomachs and empty wallets. New friends! New friends! And the internetz is there to keep us all in touch. THE RADIOACTIVE PINK ELEPHANT. Hearing new bands, some spectacular, some just plain fresh music.

Avocados are 'in season' once agaaaain!

Ugh, I never pass up the chance to post about something (vaguely) related to food.

Earlier this summer though I kind of got addicted to avocado maki. See, I don't like eating avocado with rice in these so-called sushi wraps because, you just don't put avocado in real sushi. So I don't really like eating california maki too. But then, being stuck in Brisbane for 3 days, I had to take advantage of their buy one take one AU$5 sushi wrap sets. And they always contained avocado roll. They were surprisingly good so... yeah, everytime I come across an abomination which likes to call itself a sushi stand, I buy an avocado roll. Hmmm I think I'm going to have that for dinner.

Also, I was sitting in this shoe store earlier today and frowning while staring at my credit card balance, projected annoyingly on my cellphone screen like an unimportant trivia-of-the-day text message. I have an unaccounted for purchase. Hmmm. Meh, that didn't stop me from buying uhm yeah let's forget about what I got again today XO

AND THEN I REMEMBERED..... I pre-ordered the Ai Ai Gasa single. Because I thought it was pretty cheap. Hmmm.

My wallet, it cries. My bank account on the other hand is attempting harakiri.

WHY DID I SUDDENLY FORGET THAT THERE'S BEARD PAPA'S HERE IN THE PHILIPPINES?!

I've been having a really bad cream puff craving lately. Blame it on Zettai Kareshi :( And I wonder how cream puff custard with a teeny bit of orange syrup tastes like. Orangey custards can only promise good things T_T I know Remskee, that you are against all things sweet and orangey at the same time. Hmph, one day... One day I tell you... Ohohohoho.

But the best cream puff store for me is this Chateau de something something in Kisarazu, some blocks away from what used to be our old house. It was only down the road from the end of our block and I used to wish I could ride my bicycle all the way to the store. But I couldn't because well, it was too far from me and I don't think I was allowed to handle money then. Ohohoho. Point is.... No, before a dramatic reconciliation with the cream puff shop of my childhood memories, I have to ask my dad where exactly it is. Ahahahaha
